Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is relaxing and is beneficial for stress reduction, relaxation and restoration.

Meditation

The practice of mindfulness and mediation can have a profound impact on your well being. As a daily practice, meditation helps to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and deepen your connection to self.
I often incorporate meditation into my sessions as it creates space to tune into the body and inner self.
If you are new to meditation, I will guide you in developing a meditation practice that feels comfortable and sustainable to you- drawing from a variety of styles and techniques.
