What is coaching anyways?

Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, careers, communication that leave you feeling dissatisfied? Are you able to see yourself doing something that you know logically is not supportive of your goal, yet you do it anyways? If you answered yes to any of these, coaching can be a great asset for you to create the fundamental changes you desire to transform deeply rooted patterns and create new pathways that are fulfilling and in alignment with your dreams.

How does coaching help with that?

As a certified holistic life coach and mind body practitioner, I am trained to support you explore your beliefs, patterns and behaviour that shape your life. Together we will challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Often these patterns are considered to be a "blind" spot within ourselves which is why they can be challenging to change. As a coach I will use a variety of technique to guide you to safely see your blind spots and come up with solutions and strategies to transform them. My approach incorporates befriending the subconscious through mindfulness, dream work, and cultivating self awareness and trust in self. I highly value confidentiality, safety and trust. I will provide a positive and relaxing environment for you to embark on the journey of realizing your goals.
